The cavity and core are three-dimensional

External and internal shape of Plastic Part is formed directly by the cavity and core,  processing difficulty is much more bigger for these complex multiple-layered surface , especially within the blind groove cavity forming surface processing, using traditional machining method, not only requires workers’ high technical level, more auxiliary fixtures are required, more cutting tools are required, and processing cycle is long.

 

 High precision and surface quality, long service life.

Currently, basically the size accuracy of plastic parts is IT6-7 and the surface roughness is Ra0.2-0.1μm. The size accuracy of corresponding injection mold parts is IT5-6 and the surface roughness is less than Ra0.1μm.

The surface roughness of the recording surface of the laser disc should be 0.02-0.01 μm of the mirror processing level, which requires the surface roughness of the mold to be less than 0.01 μm. Long-life injection mold is necessary to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Currently, the service life of injection mold generally requires more than1 million times.

Precision injection mold to use a large stiffness of the mold, increase the thickness of the template, add supporting column or cone positioning element to prevent the mold under pressure deformation sometimes up to 100MPa.

Ejection device is an important factor that affects the deformation and dimensional accuracy of the product. High precision injection mold in the structure of the majority of the use of Mosaic or full spell structure, which requires the mold parts processing accuracy, interchangeability are greatly improved.

Long process flow, tight manufacturing time.

For injection parts, most of them are complete products with other parts and components, and in many cases, they are completed in other parts and waiting for injection parts to be listed. Because of the high requirements on the shape or size accuracy of products, and because of the different characteristics of resin materials, mold manufacturing after the completion of repeated mold testing and correction, the development and delivery time is very tight.

Mold manufacturing is not the end goal, but the end product design proposed by the user, mold manufacturers according to the user's requirements, design and manufacture mold and in most cases, the injection production of products also in other manufacturers. This caused the product design, mold design and manufacturing and production of products in different places.

Specialization, dynamic combination.

 

Mold production batch is small, generally belongs to the production of a single piece, but the mold needs a lot of standard parts, large to die frame, small to thimble, these cannot and cannot be completed by a single manufacturer, and the manufacturing process is complex, the use of ordinary equipment and CNC equipment is not balanced.
